After the ceremony, Belle, Beqster and the guests ajoined in the main courtyard of Coughton Court. Despite it being September, the weather was perfect and made for a great photographic session which was made even more jovial with bottles and bottles and bottles of champagne!

This beautiful courtyard and the lawns beyond were redesigned in the autumn of 1991, by Christina Williams. To echo the Tudor architecture of the tower, the courtyard was based on Elizabethan knot gardens, and the quatrefoil pool was inspired by the stone detailing on the house. Much care has been taken to create the impression of symmetry in what is, in reality, a highly asymmetric space.
